ColdHubs, is a “plug and play” modular, solar-powered walk-in cold room, for 24/7 off-grid storage and preservation of perishable foods. It adequately addresses the problem of post-harvest losses in fruits, vegetables, and other perishable food. The company is located in Nigeria.

Cold Hubs is also one of the 20 innovating companies selected through a call for innovation organized by the West Africa Hub of the WE4F (Water and Energy for Food) programme whose main goal is to scale up water and/or energy friendly innovations in the agro-industry sector.
